All transactions on jlivo are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jlivo does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility and are not covered by jlivo.
Note: jlivo does not charge any fees on deposits. If your payment provider charges a transaction fee, that is between you and your provider. Your jlivo balance will always reflect the exact amount received by the platform.
Withdrawals on jlivo are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. If your deposit method is no longer available, contact support before requesting a withdrawal.
Standard withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within two minutes. Withdrawals that trigger additional security checks may take up to 24 hours. jlivo will notify you if your withdrawal requires additional review. Large withdrawals above ৳100,000 may be subject to enhanced verification before processing.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn. jlivo reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion.
Reminder: Withdrawals are only sent to payment accounts registered in your own name. Attempting to withdraw to a third-party account will result in the withdrawal being declined and may trigger an account security review.

In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and specific offer terms, the specific offer terms take precedence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlivo platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
Zero Tolerance: jlivo has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud and cheating. Accounts found to be engaged in any prohibited activity will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited. jlivo cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in cases involving illegal activity.

If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting the jlivo support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.
